Colleagues! 

We are trying to build a collection of library lessons or units for fellow teacher-librarians.  We'd love a diverse list of your tested favourites.  K-12 in any content area. Our 'LESSON VAULT' would eventually have a directory of 'just in time' documents: DOC, PPT, HTML.  We encourage submitters to provide open( editable access to the files) whenever possible to maximize usage. The expectation is that all documents, when downloaded, could be used but always cited with permission from author.

Goals:

• to improve school library programs by:
• collaborating
• communicationg
• sharing and supporting

Criteria:

• submissions may be concepts, advocacy documents or tested lessons
  • project ideas, posters, signs, pamphlets, lesson plans, etc.
• submissions need to be in digital format-(doc, html, ppt) eg. template.doc
• lessons or documents need a brief purpose, description, target audience
• clearly label lessons or documents with:
  • a school district,
  • school and
  • author(s)

Method:

• email and/or forward relevant documents to your Bookmark editors here
• when possible provide the Bookmark editors with any relevant URL's
• cite sources and/or provide other support URL's if applicable
• keep your document formatting simple( Word, doc, html, pdf, etc.)
• Lesson/Units for upload:template.doc
• include your chosen email address
